With over 20 years of industry experience, Robert Messina is our Customer Success Manager here at GPsupport. He is chiefly responsible for managing all communications with our valued clients, in order to deliver projects in a successful and timely manner.
Robert is also tasked with ensuring that our clients are up-to-date with the most recent software installations, to ensure their businesses are fully protected at all times. Robert works closely with GPsupport’s team of IT experts to ensure that every client receives the tailored support they need.
I find it incredibly rewarding when we receive feedback from a client that demonstrates how GPsupport has contributed to a real improvement in their business. I’m excited about the future of healthcare technology, particularly the implementation of ‘clinic in the cloud’ models that allow health professionals to work remotely and still deliver outstanding patient outcomes.
