Robust and reliable IT for a dual-site clinic

Cloud-based services: GPsupport was able to develop and implement a strategic shift towards cloud-based services for Ocean Grove Medical Clinic. By transitioning from an outdated onsite server to a secure cloud-based environment, the clinic has significantly enhanced its IT capabilities while experiencing cost-savings. This new, seamless cloud-based technology has helped to eliminate the challenges posed by an unreliable IT infrastructure.

NBN and future phone integration: The GPsupport team was also able to install National Broadband Network (NBN) services to ensure that Ocean Grove team members could enjoy stable, high-speed internet connections. Moving forward, the clinic plans to integrate phone services with GPsupport, to further streamline their communication channels.
